Change By: Prastik Gyawali Many Existing implementations/features in the current promoted-builds should be made pipeline compatible. Features Include: * Assigning Promotion Badges to builds in Pipelines. * Promoting builds in Pipelines through these Badges. * Triggering new Jobs in Pipeline with the help of newer APIs.
