Would be nice if the k8s plugin allowed specifying a number of pre-created slave pods to keep around so builds don't have to wait for a pod to launch and connect every time. Sorry if this is a duplicate, but I searched the existing issues and didn't find anything like this.

Would only be useful if you were using the KubernetesCloud configuration, not the podTemplate step as we would recommend.

Would rather spend effort on speeding up pod launch.
