Add new custom steps in the Declarative pipeline script(eg: selfPromote,manualPromte,etc) as promotion definition for pipeline promotions. include "steps" with the help of the SimpleBuildStep plugin. Definitions to be implemented for this task: 1) For SelfPromotion, 2) For ManualPromotion, 3) Upstream/Downstream Promotion.
