This Epic epic contains issue related to GSoC coding period issues for the phase 1 where:

1) GitLab Plugin will be modified to support the new GitLab API Plugin

2) A new plugin GitLab Blueocean Plugin will be developed with support for Pipelines from GitLab Branch Sources and some other improvements like tags discovery
