When configuring a Jira steps site, for example:

 

unclassified:
  config:
    sites:
      name: JIRA
      url: "[url of site]"
      loginType: basic
      userName: [username]
      password: ${userpass-variable}
      timeout: 10000
      readTimeout: 10000

 

If the Jenkins service is restarted, the site is duplicated.

Not very sure on how jcasc plugin works I will look into it soon. I would encourage pull request if anyone interested in. Thank you.

It would be great if the JCasC compatibility improvements were merged and released.  We use Jira Steps Plugin as well and want to use JCasC for our Jenkins config.  I opened an issue with a similar JCasC problem *exporting* the Jira Steps Plugin -  JENKINS-59103 - but I wonder if PR #88 would address that as well.

Hi Jim D, I am running the jira-steps-plugin with the changes from PR #88 and I can see the configuration properly on the "viewExport" endpoint.
