After accidental upgrading to version 4 (rc) our internal scripts stopped working. The script used "/api/python?tree=jobs[name,scm[userRemoteConfigs[url]],builds[changeSet[items[paths[file]]],actions[lastBuiltRevision[SHA1]],result,building,number,duration,estimatedDuration,
url]]" to get information from Jenkins. The "SHA1" is not available anymore. The "build" is not created and I don't see how I can get the commit ID now.

Rollback to git plugin 3.9.* and git client plugin 2.7.*. Refer to the following duplicates and pull requests:

What I can do for the builds that were built with 4.0.0-rc? How I can put the data back?

There is no way to put the data back for builds that ran with git plugin 4.0.0-rc.

I see. How I can process 4.0.0-rc builds in my script to get the SHA1 of the commit?
