I have a tomcat container with access level for user provided as mentioned in the documentation.

 

Now, with deploy plugin, the post build action of Deploy war/ear to a container is not working.

I mean, not running at all, It is running only the build actions and skipping this particular post build action and showing as successful.

I'm pretty sure that it does not find any file to deploy. With the upcoming release 1.14 this will result in a build failure.
