Don't know why it works like this, we tried these steps: 1. start jenkins master with these flags {{-Dhudson.slaves.NodeProvisioner.initialDelay=0 -Dhudson.slaves.NodeProvisioner.MARGIN=50 -Dhudson.slaves.NodeProvisioner.MARGIN0=0.85}} 2.change "container cap" and "max number of instances" to unlimit Add Comment
