Need a way to specify an alternative for P4IGNORE and/or not use it.

setIgnoreFileName() is always set in https://swarm.workshop.perforce.com/projects/p4-jenkins/files/main/src/main/java/org/jenkinsci/plugins/p4/client/ConnectionHelper.java
