we have many several views, there are lots of  jobs in the views, and are not standard naming,  I want to know is there view based permission  strategy, thanks a lot

chaorong guo there is no view-based strategy.

[~guochaorong] there is no view-based strategy. It would also be difficult to implement as a job may be part of many views.

I agree to René Scheibe .
Views work just like “favorites” and are not appropriate to handle authentications.
Please watch JENKINS-50559 if you’re talking about folders, not about views.
