To resolve this issue each time we need to restart our jenkins server and things become normal. From jenkins logs we are not getting proper exception from that we can find out what is issue. So We need to resolve this issue as this is in our production environment. Kindly help us to resolve this issue. Add Comment

Re: jenkins ci server not able to generate PR, cron and schedule is not working. Please provide an example of your configuration. Also, it makes sense to upgrade to the recent LTS, just in case. There were some issues with Jetty in the version you use

OK, I should have been more specific. "Please provide an example of your JOB configuration.": config.xml, SCM polling log, build log for a successful build. As advised above, it's also recommended to upgrade to the recent weekly or LTS first
