I can take care of this. Is it just running the blueocean ATH with 2.165 or something?

Gavin Mogan not sure it has been ever finished, but BlueOcean runs well with Java 11. Should we just close it?

I did finish the fixes to make the tests run in java11, everything else seemed like it already worked. I don't remember if the ATH runs though. I think its safe to close.
