Jenkins / Improvement JENKINS-51764
use existing Timeslot in CI build of a test
Issue Type: Improvement Improvement
Assignee: Daniel Danan
Components: hp-application-automation-tools-plugin
Created: 2018-06-07 08:49
Labels: PerformanceCenter
Priority: Minor Minor
Reporter: Daniel Danan

When a Timeslot is reserved for a scenario in Performance Center, user is not able to trigger the test automatically during the reserved window by just clicking the “Run” button rather he has to select ' Reserved timeslot' tab in the pop-up that is displayed and then run the test.
This is happening when we try to run the test from Jenkins.

Re: use existing Timeslot in CI build of a test

Thank you for your feedback.

The plugin is designed to run a test by creating a timeslot with the relevant required LG hosts defined within the test design + the required and licenses defined in the plugin. For now, there are no plans to implement a feature that would allow to run execute a timeslot (timeslots can be defined to be triggered automatically if needed without any CI tool involvement).
