Occassionally a bug will fly into a plugin making it unusable until solved (example JENKINS-50364).

The update center shows updates for /all/ installed plugins and until the issue is solved I need to remember not to update that plugin.

It would be nice if updates to a plugin could be blocked, with an optional comment why the update is being blocked. The comment should allow html to allow direct links to Jenkins JIRA.
