Related to JENKINS-48035, when I create a new Pipeline for GitHub in Blue Ocean, it doesn't register any webhooks. Using the latest versions of all plugins.

In order to register the webhooks I am forced to use the workaround via: Manage Jenkins > GitHub plugin > Advanced > Re-register hooks for all jobs > webhook in GitHub is finally generated.

https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-48035 claims its been fixed in 2.3.2. From description of this ticket, GHBS 2.3.3 is used. rsandell did it regressed in 2.3.3?

Vivek Pandey I do believe that 2.3.2 fixed the issue in Classic UI, but I still don't think it works with Blue Ocean.
