This seems rather similar to JENKINS-30188. FYI I'm seeing this with LTS Jenkins 2.89.2 and URLTrigger plugin version 0.41 I'm sure this plugin used to work, as I remember using it years ago and having some success with it...   One likely cause is this exception found in the .../log/all logger: org.jenkinsci.plugins.urltrigger.URLTrigger.run() failed for org.jenkinsci.plugins.workflow.job.WorkflowJob@4ac5217f[_myJobName] java.lang.ClassCastException: org.jenkinsci.plugins.workflow.job.WorkflowJob cannot be cast to hudson.model.AbstractProject at org.jenkinsci.lib.xtrigger.AbstractTrigger.run(AbstractTrigger.java:127) at hudson.triggers.Trigger.checkTriggers(Trigger.java:278) at hudson.triggers.Trigger$Cron.doRun(Trigger.java:226) at hudson.triggers.SafeTimerTask.run(SafeTimerTask.java:51) at jenkins.security.ImpersonatingScheduledExecutorService$1.run(ImpersonatingScheduledExecutorService.java:58) at java.util.concurrent.Executors$RunnableAdapter.call(Executors.java:511) at java.util.concurrent.FutureTask.runAndReset(FutureTask.java:308) at java.util.concurrent.ScheduledThreadPoolExecutor$ScheduledFutureTask.access$301(ScheduledThreadPoolExecutor.java:180) at java.util.concurrent.ScheduledThreadPoolExecutor$ScheduledFutureTask.run(ScheduledThreadPoolExecutor.java:294) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker(ThreadPoolExecutor.java:1149) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run(ThreadPoolExecutor.java:624) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:748)

Hi, Hit the issue with same Stack trace. I created two ci jobs( Freestyle job and Pipeline job), and set them with same Triggers through URLTrigger plugin to monitor content changes of the URL. Only the Freestyle job works well.  The the issue may be related to pipeline. Does anyone help to check this issue?   Test environment: Jenkins master version: 2.107.2 URLTrigger Plug-in: 0.41

Same issue here, broken on the pipeline. URLTrigger plugin: 0.45 (latest version). Same behavior on Jenkins versions 2.46.1 / 2.155.   Any idea if/when it will be fixed ?

We have the identical issue as well. And our Jenkins is very recent 2.164.2 is URL trigger plugin 0.45. It seems this has been opened for a very long time.
