Going forward, we should have a CONTRIBUTING.md and a PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md so that, well, contributors know what we're looking for and expecting in a PR. For example, I want to make sure every PR either has a link to a corresponding jenkins.io docs PR or an explanation of why a docs change isn't needed.
