Jenkins / Bug JENKINS-39348
KerberosSsoTest hard dependency on firefox binary
Issue Type: Bug Bug
Assignee: Oliver Gondža
Components: acceptance-test-harness
Created: 2016/Oct/28 11:15 AM
Priority: Minor Minor
Reporter: Manuel Franco

The KerberosSsoTest suite in the ATH seems to depend on having a firefox binary available.

This breaks the test for setups that use other browsers, or a remote web driver.

We should see if this dependency can be mitigated, maybe another tool can be used to do the same verifications?

Re: KerberosSsoTest hard dependency on firefox binary

I guess it is fine to skip the tests if we are not using firefox for the tests that perform negotiation. I am not sure what other browsers support it and how it get enabled there.

The test is moved to kerberos-sso plugin lately where I can live with the limitation.
