This also affects multibranch pipelines on 2.190.1 disabled using this method: [ https://stackoverflow.com/a/52294387 ] current behavior is that the folder changes its icon from the multibranch one to a regular folder, but it still shows up in views limited to enabled jobs & does not have a clear indication that it is disabled.
