For each bundle listed in the UI (see JENKINS-35341) the administrator should be able to download it

*Nice to have:* Like in the plugins manager a checkbox allow to select each entry, a link allow to select or unselect all of them and an action allow to download all selected entries

Only JENKINS-35341 and JENKINS-35343 were implemented in https://github.com/jenkinsci/support-core-plugin/pull/105 by Jean-Pascal THIERY

We cannot download bundles already generated on the disk AFAIK
