I tested the jenkins workspace directly on Jenkins and the amount of time was consistent with the command being run from P4-Plugin. For some reason the sync/reconcile through p4-plug/p4java causes p4d to treat the files as not being modtime synced, so it always chooses a digest comparison. Has anyone else successfully profiled a massive gain from this change? Add Comment

Released in 1.10.0. Contains new p4java with modtime support for reconcile.
