Steps to reproduce
1. Create a test job with a parametrized trigger
2. Add a Delivery Pipeline view, add the test job as initial job and check 'Enable start of new pipeline build' in settings
3. Attempt to start the pipeline from Delivery Pipeline view

Result:
POST http://localhost:8080/jenkins/job/test3/build?delay=0sec 400 (This_page_expects_a_form_submission)

Expected result:
Redirect to page for providing parameters

The issue is still up for the view 'Delivery Pipeline View for Jenkins Pipelines'

I'm using the latest version (1.4.0).
