Re: Set the default params in parametrized build as env variables in the SCM poll

I'm missing this feature too. Using a parameter works when triggering the build manually. However when the plug-in polls the server for changes it does not replace $stream (or whatever your variable is called) with the default value and tries to poll a stream called $stream instead.

Re: Set the default params in parametrized build as env variables in the SCM poll

it is possible to set the stream as a variable though currently the plugin only allows variable starting "${" so your variable should be "$

{stream}

"
then setup a parameter, with a default value if you want for polling to work

But if we are talking other parameter such as depot and server then that would have to be looked into.
I would definitely be open to opening up for using node environment variable for things like client path and server settings even.

Now you can also use $varible, but looking into expanding on this.
