Adding Accurev as a Tool property is on my todo.

Joseph Petersen resolved as Fixed
 

Accurev Plugin should now read the PATH environment variable to locate accurev.

I would still like to create Accurev Tool plugin (just like other Tool plugins) but that would be another issue for another day.

Added Accurev as executable tool, so that it can be specified on node and environment variables.
