Git-issue, releasing new version of a plugin.

Hi Guys,

I'm in bit of a jam, and i don't know how to resolve this properly.

First of all, i've extended a pre-existing plugin (ElOyente) by forking the release of "vanderhallenf" and creating a PR.

However, i was informed that this person has passed away.  So he won't be able to accept my pull request.

Is it possible that someone from the Jenkinsci-repo can take in my pull request?

Or how can I release this new plugin version?
