[ci.jenkins.io] JDK21 availability

Hello dear developers!

Thanks to the work of our dear SRE Stéphane Merle (helped by Bruno Verachten and Mark Waite), we are announcing the availability of the JDK21 prerelease in ci.jenkins.io.

You can now either specify the "21" JDK in your buildPlugin() pipeline library, specify a "maven-21" label to get a Linux native container agent with JDK21 or specify the Jenkins tool "jdk21".

You can follow up the last step and/or report any problem (native "maven-21-windows" agent template is work in progress) in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/3709.

Thanks for providing this opportunity. Starting with https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/8361, Jenkins core is now built on Java 11, 17 and 21 (with a successful initial build on 21 \o/)

Not directly related, but I've been running the Jenkins weekly
releases on RISC-V since the beginning of August, and so far,
everything is working well for me.
