If an input step is aborted within a stage, the stage should not show as FAILED but as ABORTED

Hi all, 

Writing here since I cannot create tickets in JIRA anymore (endless spinner). This is a fairly similar problem to JENKINS-39203, also a simple display problem: If an input step is aborted within a stage, the stage should not show as FAILED but as ABORTED . 

With a simple code change [1] (~10 LOC) this would be fixable to show a stage as ABORTED instead of FAILED (and ABORTED is really what happened if a user clicks abort in an input step within a stage). See PR [1] for screenshots and a pipeline script to reproduce.

Use the domain jenkins-ci.org, not jenkins.io.

Thanks a lot for the hint, https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-39203 works fine! 

Maybe somebody can add the two lines of apache config to redirect automatically from  issues.jenkins.io to issues.jenkins-ci.org to not have others fall into this trap as well?
