Please review my PullRequest for jsch-plugin and if merged, then please release the plugin - thanks in advance.

I would release the plugin myself, but I don't have commit rights to jsch-plugin.

I think the context has been well described, so it would be easier to follow the design concept.

As an alternative, you could grant me write access to the repo, because the maven release process requires this.

I gave you commit access and created the 'jsch-plugin' component in Jira (which didn't exist before), and made you default assignee.
