Contributing to core jenkins

Hello Team,

        I have started using Jenkins two months back and would like to contribute to core project. Can someone please guild me in this ? I acknowledge that preparing environment for building jenkins, forking repository to contribute through pull request are basic ones.

You are free to pick any issue and propose PR, then wait some time for somebodies review. As first steps i think it the most common way.
