Request to host new plugin

Hi all,

we've developed a small view plugin which would be nice to have it hosted on jekins-ci:

• The URL to your finished plugin repository on GitHub
  https://github.com/SAP/remote-view-plugin
  
• The name the repository should have (if it doesn't already have a clear name), e.g. "snapchat-notification-plugin"
  remote-view-plugin
  
• Your personal GitHub username, if different from the username in the repo URL (GitHub organisation IDs are not supported)
  doergn
  
• Your jenkins-ci.org username, so we can make you the default assignee for the JIRA issue tracker component for your plugin
  doergn
  
• A description of what the plugin does, and what makes it different from other similar plugins
  The remote-view-plugin provides a view that will show you the build status of jobs executed on remote (master) Jenkins CI servers.
  You can specify several remote Jenkins CI servers to be listed in one view. Also you can select which (remote) jobs should be listed.

The plugin would be useful IMO. There are many security concerns and minor comments to the current code, but I think it may work.

I doubt the plugin name is self-descriptive enough, but I cannot imagine a better one.

I'm flexible with the name, if someone comes up with a better one.

Anything I need to do now, or how does this proceed?

If you agree, let's go forward with something like "remote-jobs-view-plugin". Probably a description will provide enough clarification

Yup, "remote-jobs-view-plugin" sounds good.
Will you fork the repo first to the jenkins-ci organization, or shall I change it in the current repo?
