Jenkins crawler does not update Sonarqube scanner for MSBuild versions

Hi,

We've released new versions of the Sonarqube scanner for msbuild, they are available as versions in github.

But the json file generated by the crawler does not get the updates:

We've checked that the crawler code works, no issue.

Can you check that the crawler is running?

Tools metadata is not currently being updated due to a pending cert update, tracked as https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/INFRA-1428
