Commit access to xfpanel-plugin

Hello,

I have opened a pull request for the xfpanel-plugin
https://github.com/jenkinsci/xfpanel-plugin/pull/14
and it didn't get any attention from the maintainer(s).

I've asked previous releaser of the plugin Tilman Blumenbach - also without answer so far.

Could I please get commit access to that repository so that
I can merge my changes myself (and other fixes for existing bugs in jira)?
My GitHub username is tomaszbech.

I've explicitly pinged Tilman on GitHub (his account is active there), so probably he responds within 1 week. If no, I'm OK to handover the ownership

The last GitHub activity was weeks ago. He may be on vacation. I'd wait for a few more weeks for a response.
