Request commit access to a CppCheck plugin

I'd like to ask for commit access to a CppCheck plugin (https://github.com/jenkinsci/cppcheck-plugin/)

Based on the discussion: https://github.com/jenkinsci/cppcheck-plugin/pull/36#issuecomment-323684872 current maintainer is no longer interested in this project, so I'd like to take ownership.
