Jenkins Update Center: brownout #6 for 24 hours Thursday 7 November

Hello dear users and contributors,

As described in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/2649#issuecomment-2456695327, we will start another 24 hour brownout on the Update Center next Thursday November 7 to Friday November 8 9:00AM UTC)

We expect no incident but we never know.

This 6th brownout is finished and has been a success: we did not see any user facing errors.

We still have a few optimizations which could be done but we met all criteria to plan and operate the new system in production for real
