Hi fellow Jenkins contributors,

It looks like the certificate for issues.jenkins-ci.org expired today. See screenshot below:

I also noticed builds for the tfs-plugin failing due to what appears to be an unresponsive proxy server (i.e. see tfs-plugin build #298), I don't know if that's related or not.

That should be resolved now.

https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/public/ however is AWOL - I will post separately.
