Request to adopt priority sorter plugin

I've recently discovered priority sorter plugin and have found a case where it will help me when I am testing new Jenkins releases.  I'd like to adopt the plugin.

https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/pull/2208 is the pull request to adopt it.

Oleg has merged the repository permissions updated pull request and I've confirmed with `mvn deploy` that I have permission to upload to artifactory.

I don't have permissions to merge pull requests on the GitHub repository.  I don't see a team on jenkinsci that looks like it might manage permissions to that repository.  Could I be granted write permission to the plugin GitHub repository?
