Request to be plugin co-maintainer of Kubernetes-plugin

I am putting in a request to be added as a co-maintainer of the following plugin: https://github.com/jenkinsci/kubernetes-plugin

I have spoke to both Carlos Sanchez and Vincent Latombe, who have approved.

I have also open the following jira: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/plugins/servlet/mobile#issue/INFRA-2547

Hi Marky, please file a PR on the permissions repo. Make sure to reference the JIRA ticket so we fast forward with Vincent approval.
