Hello everyone,

Latest LTS RC was made public and it is ready to be tested. Release is
scheduled for 2016-08-31.

Report your findings in this thread or on the test plan wiki page.

I have respun the RC with https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/commit/27d8f06f1baabb320cc86527250bed5a7dacf85e reported by Oleg.

Please make sure you are using build "rc-08/24/2016 06:31" for further testing.
