[Adopt a plugin] Crowd 2, Schedule Build

Hi all,

I'm no longer able to maintain the Crowd 2 and Schedule Build plugins.

Both have a stable user base and also people who want to contribute and even provide pull requests on Github.

It would be awesome if there's someone to take over, review and merge PRs.

Thanks for your efforts maintaining the plugins.

I've adopted the schedule build plugin.  Darin Pope and I are using it for a livestream video series on modernizing plugins through a series of small steps.  We're using the "Contributing to Open Source" workshop from DevOps World as our outline.  First session was last week and is available at https://youtu.be/Fev8KfFsPZE .  Second session is later today at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2c8wK2jkcIA with a third session Thursday at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GseBgDOaa0A .

Dheeraj Singh Jodha and I are creating an "Adopt a plugin" tutorial on www.jenkins.io based on that workshop and the video series.  We'll embed the videos into the tutorial and use them to encourage others to adopt plugins.
