I want to know more about what you're suggesting as a project here. The new
Jenkins site is going to go live and is mostly "done" from a design standpoint.
There's certainly room for polish but I'm skeptical without more details that
there is enough work to justify a Summer of Code project there.
The biggest website related project that's interesting to me is incorporating
documentation from a number of sources (e.g. plugin repositories) into the
primary site. This is referenced already on the suggest projects list here:

Again, I'm not saying there's not additional work we can do to improve the new
Jenkins site, but I would like to hear more details about what you're proposing
as a project.
