Request hosting for ApicaLoadtest plugin

Hello,

I’d like to host a new Jenkins plugin at Jenkins-ci. The plugin will enable Apica customers to run automatic load tests as part of a Jenkins build process.

...forgot to add that the Jenkins plugin name is ApicaLoadtest, so please don't take the GitHub plugin name when you create the repository.
