Plugin Adoption - Jenkins SCP Plugin

Hi all,

I'm interesting in adopting the SCP plugin available here: https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/SCP+plugin

SCP plugin - Jenkins - Jenkins Wiki wiki.jenkins.io Can you access other job's lastSuccessful? I want to create a new scheduled job that grabs the last successful build artifact of a particular job.

There are outstanding PRs, and the development of Jenkins has continued on while the plugin falls behind. I think I can bring significant improvements with unit tests, better pipeline integration, and integration with the Jenkins credential system.

My Github is BenD10 and my Jenkins username is bdennerley.
