Can a jenkinsci owner make me an admin of https://github.com/jenkinsci/github-oauth-plugin ? I (GH ID samrocketman) am the maintainer.

I would like to enable code reviewer settings on the project.  Additionally, I wanted to update the description of the project which had improper grammar.  Only admins can update the description.
