Unable to use Jenkins with WinRm

Hello,

I am developing a Jenkins plugin that can build Windows agents on which builds can be performed. I am using WinRm4j as a library to run Windows commands, https://github.com/cloudsoft/winrm4j. I am using openjdk-11.0.8.10-2

However, I am unable to connect to Jenkins from a remote Windows machine due to the following error Provider com.sun.xml.internal.ws.spi.ProviderImpl not found. The connection test is working on my IDE but once in Jenkins it is not.
