Commit Rights for Mesos Cloud Plugin

Hi,

I’m working on an overhaul of the Mesos Cloud Plugin for Jenkins (https://github.com/mesosphere/jenkins-mesos-plugin). I would love to promote the version to be the official one at some point. For starters I’m asking for commit rights for https://github.com/jenkinsci/mesos-plugin. This way users can try it out and give feedback or even fix issues. My GitHub handle and my Jenkins.io account id are both “jeschkies”.
