I'm proposing the status of this plugin is "abandoned".

I've attempted to contact the maintainer (@narcoticfresh) several times regarding
- Issue #3 (https://github.com/jenkinsci/jwt-auth-plugin/issues/3) (last response from maintainer June 24, 2022)
- PR #6 (22 days old)
without response. In PR #6, I asked the maintainer if the plugin is abandoned without response as well.
