      We would like to put our plugin into Jenkins official plugin list.  The plugin integrates Jenkins with Zephyr Test Management and sync Jenkins tests with Zephyr.

The plugin seems to be OK, it can be forked IMO. I'll try to do it tomorrow if nobody does it before (no IRC on the current laptop).
Please define the license in the code BTW.

I've forked repo and granted the required permissions. You should seen an invitation to jenkinsci or  in your inbox soon. 

zeedeveloper will be a default assignee for issues in Jenkins JIRA.
