Having problem while releasing buildgraph-view plugin

Hi,
I got the access to the buildgraph-view plugin and did some code merges and implemented new features.
After setting up everything, initiated release process, tag is getting created in SCM and compiled, artifact created successfully and just before uploading the artifact to repo.jenkins-ci.org it is failing saying unauthorized.

I tried manually login into repo through browser same password and username is working.

Is there I am missing something. Configured settings.xml with password.

Is this https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/INFRA-588 ?

I am not sure going through the issue with INFRA-588, but not getting what to modify in pom file.
