Would like to adopt windows-exe-runner-plugin

Hello,
 I would like to adopt the windows-exe-runner plugin. It hasn't been updated in almost 5 years and the developer is no longer active on github. I have modified the plugin to be pipeline compatible and would like to get that published to the plugin index. What do I have to do to adopt it? Thanks,

Usually there is a 14 days wait period but since there has not been any activity in the past 5 years it should be up for adoption, so hopefully if ask nicely on IRC you might get a faster response.

So it has been a few months, can I adopt the plugin now? My github id is MDKF.

Unfortunately I somehow missed this thread. So I didn't reply when you sent a request for plugin adoption.

It would be great to see https://github.com/jenkinsci/windows-exe-runner-plugin/pull/1/ landed.

Unfortunately it is not enough to send email, there should be an effort to reach out to the maintainer (e.g. by CCing him/her or pinging in GitHub).

I will do it in this case (already pinged in GitHub), but IIUC we cannot transfer ownership immediately. We also need you Jenkins JIRA ID in addition to GitHub
