zephyr-for-jira-test-management-plugin Compatibility with Pipeline

Hi,

I made a PR few months ago to make zephyr-for-jira-test-management-plugin compatible with Pipeline Plugin and it is still waiting for merge/close, Is this Plugin maintained? Are there any way to merge it an release?

There's no other process than either pinging the existing maintainer(s) about that, or taking over maintainership.
